Automator: Email/Contacts workflow

Hello All,
I'm trying to find out if it is possible to create 2 workflows for automator (or Hazel).

1: When i receive an email with the subject containing 'subscribe', i would like to have the senders name, email address and any other details added to a contacts group.

2: When i receive the email unsubscribe, i would like the same details deleted from the group.

I thought it would be a pretty simple one to set up but am completely stumped.
