automator command for powerpoint

Hello guys ,
I have to regularly make presentatoins for my patients on powerpoint. The layout of the presentation is a standard for all of them , i just need to change the pictures. I tried to automate it but i can not find a command in automator to change a photograph in powerpoint. Any help or advice about this will be highly appreciated.

The Application have to "publish" Automator commands, I don't think PP does this.
