The email address used with my Apple account is about to be closed. When I went into settings to update the email address I now want to use, it said that email was already associated with an Apple account. I managed to login to it on the Apple website, using the new email and existing password, and I apparently changed it a year ago, which coincides with when I opened the new email account. However, in settings it is still showing the previous email, although it allowed me to change it to another email address I have.
