Just purchased the MacStudio w/ M1 Max chip. My database is Windows only, so I access it via Parallels. I want to install an anti-virus on the virtual Windows machine but have not found an anti-virus that is supported by a Windows system running on ARM based chips. Anyone have any info on this? Greatly appreciated!!!

Is the Windows VM ARM or is virtualization making it think it's x86? If an ARM version of Windows, according to Microsoft, Windows Defender runs on ARM. Not sure what version of Windows you are running.
