Annotating Google Photos ?

Hi,

Great Forum.

I have many photos that I have taken, and are presently in Google Photos.

I want to annotate some with a title, etc. right on the photo.

PREVIEW apparently won't let me do it.
Tried most every option that I can get to appear in toolbars, but no luck doing.

How can I, please ?
Sr. Citizen, so please may I ask for "very" specifically how to.
