I'm trying to download Verbatim, which is an add-in for Microsoft Word. However, after I download Verbatim, a pop-up that said, "Sh wants access to control Microsoft Word. Allowing control will provide access to documents and data in Microsoft Word and to perform actions within the app." I accidentally clicked Don't Allow instead of OK, and now Verbatim doesn't work in Word. I tried deleting and reinstalling Verbatim, but it still wouldn't work in Word because I didn't allow access. Does anyone know how I can have that pop-up again so Sh can gain control?

Hello and welcome.

I had never heard of Verbatim until your post. I would try following the How do I completely uninstall Verbatim? in their FAQ/Manual section. The reinstall. If that doesn't work, it may be best to Contact them directly for support.
