a keyboard letter doesn't work

even in the keyboard viewer the same letter doesn't work when i press it!
somebody can help me please?

Is the one between the "c" and "<"
Got it?

There are "vbnm" between "c" and "<", are you using a non-English keyboard?

The setting you may need are in System Preferences > Language & Text > Input Sources
