I have an iMac13,2 with MacOS Catalina . I can not use the key for the at symbol. When I do a 2 appears if I use the Caps Lock and a quote mark if I use the shift. I changed the batteries in my Apple keypad and cleaned all of the keys. I tried another keyboard but the same problem appeared
