2011 iMac - Blank screen

I have run the h/w diagnostics and nothing comes back. I have reset NVRAM numerous times. It boots up fine, I see the Apple logo, I can go into recovery etc. However, when I get to the point its starting the OS, the screen just goes blank (black) as if not on.

I can even install windows on it to the point where I get to the reboot after all the Windows prep, and blank screen again.

I'm leaning towards a graphics card issue, but find it odd that it works through the install steps and recovery to the point of just before the OS takes over, nada.

Any confirmation on its the card would be appreciated.

Have you tried booting into 'Safe' mode?

Hmmm.....I do not recall, so I'll try that one .
