15 Pro Max isn't discovering any of my Bluetooth devices

My new iPhone 15 Pro Max isn't discovering any of my Bluetooth devices. All I see is a spinning circle next to where it says "Devices."

Try a soft reset of your iPhone, this should resolve this.

To do a soft reset:
1. Tap the Volume up button
2. Tap the Volume down button
3. Press and hold the Side Power button until you see the Apple logo.
