Youtube videos not working...

I've been having this problem for a while now, and no matter what I do, I can't seem to fix it. When ever i click on a video it will just stop after 4 seconds or so, or not even load at all and stays as a black square. I've tried so many things too, I've tried switching Safari into 32-bit mode, I tried using Firefox AND Chrome and got the same results, left Youtube's HTML5 trial, updated Flash player. Nothings seems to work!

Log into another user account and test whether this issue is User specific or System wide. That's a start.
