I have not been able to close Utorrent for about two weeks and before anyone says anything the force quit button is not working. It is slowing down my computer and it won't let it shut down at all so my mac has been constantly running for about two weeks (I know this is bad, please don't lecture me). I am not very computer savvy and am using the newest OS (mountain lion). Please help me out here guys, I don't know what to do.

I just drag the program to the trash, you can do a Spotlight search for anything else related to that program and trash that as well... Simple
You could try running Disc repair you'll find it in your Applications folder, Disk Utility, First Aid, Repair disk.
then uninstall it.
