Mailbox Font too big-CANNOT change

I accidentally made the mailbox list font too big 1415 instead of 15 and when I open the mail>preferences and click fonts and colors, it usually has multiple boxes to select a font and size. However because my font on the mailbox list font section is so big I cannot even see the box with anything in it, therefore I CANNOT see my mail! Is there a way to reset them all? Can someone help me change it? I am dying here!
