I have a Macbook pro mid 2010 / High Sierra (8 GB RAM /250 GB SSD);
Recently when I start my Macbook or after sleep, I do not see my own router listed as WiFi networks available while other networks in area are listed.
I then restart my Macbook and my router shows and connects okay and all works okay.
So my router only shows up as available networks after Macbook restart.
I have not changed anything recently, RAM/SSD upgrade a long time ago and still have same router, this issue suddenly started recently.
All my other devices, iPhone and iPad don't have that issue and connect okay to same router.
I did a SMC reset (remove battery + press power button) but that did not help.
Not sure if a NVRAM reset will do anything regarding this issue and bit reluctant to try that.
