Keyboard/typing Issues! Help!

My other laptop has worked like a champ since day one... then today, without notice...POOF... when I try typing (for instance: www.whatever), the "w" will not showup, the "." shows... and then based on what I am trying to type produces numbers, not the alpha keys that I am typing...

I have no clue. Went to System Preferences clicked on restore to default... NOTHING.

I need help!

Hmm, Restore too default didn't work eh? This problem occured to me then shortly after I had a spill which fried my Keyboard so I ended up buying a new one. But since it seems you've got a laptop I really can offer no help other than doing a Factory Reset.
