Increase the size of the Apps window

Can I make the Apps window larger so that all the icons are displayed or move it up the screen?

Hello, yes. Just click on the bottom right corner of the window and drag.

The "window" does not have the usual diag. max/min area on bottom right and I cannot move the window to take it higher on the screen.

Its locked in place.

Any more ideas?

O.K. Now I know what you mean. This window can't be resized. However, if you were to control-click on the Application's folder icon in your dock, you'll find that you can change the appearance of the window that opens when selected.

Can it be repositioned?

No. However, you can control-click on the Application's folder icon in the dock and click on "Open Applications" to get the standard window, which you can resize and reposition, of course.
