iBook G4 has kernel panic with tax disk - please help!

Hello!

I've posted this question on an Apple forum - I hope it's ok to cross-post here.

I've been working on my taxes and got about halfway through. Tuesday I commenced working on them once again but when I load the app it unloads itself right away and I get a message (see below).

Could someone please tell me how I can fix this? Going to the tax disk people would be my last resort - they're not very responsive.
