Hi all, we have just moved to Aus and have a macbook using ichat (osx 10.5), my parents have a g4 mac mini and an external webcam. When we connect, they can chat to us but cannot get us to see them (they get both us and them). in the video options, Ichat on theirs (osx10.4) says no camera linked. Does anyone know how to remedy this? The guys at the apple store apologised and explained they know nothing about ichat so cannot really help.
I look to you, fountains of mac knowledge to stop my mother reverting back to the darkside as she is cursing all things mac at the moment.
