Hi all,

My name is Adam Finelli and I am a videographer and editor from Roslindale, MA. I specialize in providing a quick turn-around for those who utilize my services for short-form video production. I want to be able to overcome technical difficulties that arise with the editing software I use (which is Adobe Premiere Pro 2017) and see if I can be of any help in return. Welcome, Adam! You will find friendly, helpful folks here who will make attempts to help you. When you make a post about a question/issue you have, please be sure to include the following information:

1. The exact Mac OS version you are using.

2. Your exact Mac model.

3. What efforts you have tried to alleviate the issue.

Also, it is important that you are doing the following:

1. Making frequent backups to an external device.

2. Perform disk cleanup/maintenance/repairs.

3. Stay away from Virus software.

4. Insure that you are using the latest version of the software (in relation to the Mac OS you are running).
