Formatting for printing shipping labels

Hey everyone,

I set up my woocommerce site to export a packing slip PDF to a dropbox file that automator watches and runs through its shenanigans.

So I am getting this as an output:

Order Date: 04-12-2018
Shipping address:
FirstName LastName 123 Fake Blvd W Unit 215
City ST V4G 1N4
Sku
Product
Quantity
Blue City BIKE
1
Pink BIKE
1

I am wondering how I can format the output to:
"
To: FirstName LastName
123 Fake Blcd W
Unit 215
City ST
V4G 1N4
"
I would then use the RTF to change the font size and centre the text as well as automatically print off the output to a label.
Does anyone know if this is possible or is it a pipe dream?

This is beyond my experience level with Automator/AppleScript. Maybe the folks over at MacScripter could lend a hand?
