Zip Code problem

When I enter my 5 digit zip code into an on-line form, the initial digit (1) disappears and I transmit only a 4 digit zip which is rejected. Other zips, with one number changed, works oK!

Any particular site...or does it do the same on all?

That's part of the mystery, it is OK on some sites and not on others!

If it's like that, then I bet it's an issue with the sites themselves.

Have you tried a different web browser just in case?
