will the macbook pro i am getting be able to run final cut studio?

i am looking to buy a mac for editing video and audio. I am going to customize the model to have these specifications:
8gb of ram
500gb Serial ATA drive at 5400rpm
hi res display on a 15 inch screen
2.0 GHz quad core processor intel core i7
intel hd graphics 3000
amd radeon HD 6490M with 256mb gddr5

I want to know if it will be able to run final cut studio before i purchase, because i will be using this mac purely for editing purposes

Yes, it will. Both the previous version, Final Cut Studio 3, and the new version, Final Cut Pro X.
