Who can I contact ?

Hi..all--maybe you can help me...

I have not received TIGER CD's via Media Exchange program. I sent a self addressed priority envelop for CD's to be sent in. It's been 3 weeks, I have priority mail confirmation that the program in south bend received them here:

Attn: Mac OS X v10.4 Tiger Media Exchange
P.O. Box 4014
South Bend, IN 46634-4014

I am in Virgin islands/Carribbean and the 1-888 number wont work for customer service.

How can I check on order status?

Apple - Status Inquiry

Select Mac OS X v10.4 Media Exchange in the drop-down list and enter the other details as indicated.
