Which website builder do I buy?

I have a website that someone else has designed. I would like to take over putting items on and updating. It was done on a pc. I would like to know which website builder "sand vox "or rapid weaver. Which will be easier. Or is there another easy web builder that I don't know about. have snow leopard. HELP

I am mostly only familair with RapidWeaver, but that one is really really popular and there are several good tutorial videos out for it.

I do not know Sandbox at all. Also, web design is not my expertise. ;) My collegues who are into it use Dreamweaver and Photoshop.
