I guess my watch is my iPod now. I don't wear a watch because I will start checking it every few seconds and drive myself nuts! So I just leave in plenty of time for wherever I'm going and try to relax a bit...
It sounds like you have some nice watches. I have an old Cyma pocket watch that was issued to my father during WWII. I always thought it was a braille watch and wondered why my father had a watch for a blind person, but it turns out it was for use during night patrols.
Nice one, my old man used a Waltham Hunter, he would wind it up the same number of turn and at the same time everyday, it never seemed to loose enery time ether.
I'm not a fan of watches. I use my phone as my source of knowing what time it is. However, my mom is a huge watch fanatic and likes the brand Citizen. I'm not really aware of it though.
