I have to travel to Seoul in South Korea and am wondering whether to take my mac book. I'm worried there may be a problem with the electricity supply and am not sure whether a different type of supply could harm it when I plug it in to charge.
Can anyone advise?

Hello Claregannaway and Welcome!!

I am from the US and I just returned from London. Their power voltage is 220 when US is 110.

With the purchase of this item from my local Apple store, I was able to just pull out the american plug from the white brick like thing and insert the UK adaptor with no problem.

I ran it for three weeks and my MacBook Pro had no problems at all. The link I provided you with comes with a Korean plug. If you need more clarification, let us know!

Anyway, you shouldn't have any problems with the power over there. Just purchase that world adaptor kit and your all set.

Cheerio
