Using Filemaker Pro with Automator

Morning folks,

I'm new to automator and am trying to automate a few tasks within Filemaker Pro.

I'll explain the manual process that is performed at the moment and would appreciate any help with this.

Currently I receive numerous Filemaker files on a daily basis via email. Each file is downloaded then opened within Filemaker.

Within Filemaker, I have a script that runs to create a PDF report that is saved on to my desktop.

Once this has completed, both the filemaker file and PDF are uploaded to an online storage folder on box.net.

If this could all be automated it would make my life a lot easier so any help would be greatly appreciated.
