I have just bought an endoscope camera for use for searching under difficult places ie floorboards etc.
All I have with it is a small compact disc which i presume is for recording when one has a picture plus the smallest leaflet which is of no help. Can anyone help me with this is there a programme i need to download to get it working.
Thanks in anticipation of some help

There should be a download on their web site, DON'T put that mini disk anywhere near your Mac.

Hi,

Really need the model for specific software.
But try this.
1) Open Image Capture on your Mac if it is not in the dock look in your applications folder as screen shot.
2) Plug in the USB endoscope and see if it is picked up. If it is you can just export the videos to your hard drive as you like.

Hi,

Sorry to say according to the specifications it only supports Windows 98 2000 XP WIN 7 as my screen shot.

If new maybe you could return due to this oversight.

Edit:

Only other possibility is to open photo booth on the iMac and then connect the camera, it may just pick it up.
