Shared Drive Not Found

I have a drive plugged into my internet hub that connects to the Mac wirelessly. Sometimes this drive shows up but other times it doesn't and sometimes it just appears hours after it has been switched on. At the same time a drive I do not recognise always shows up in Finder.

I have checked using my PC and the missing drive always appears there when not appearing in Finder on the Mac.

Does anyone have any ideas how to resolve this please ?
