Scroll wheel & scrolling arrows in Lion

    I just got around to installing Lion, so I no longer have the references.

    The scroll wheel works "backwards" and the scroll bars lack arrows. I
    recall there is a way to "correct" this but I don't recall how. Anybody?

    There's a few system add-ons and applications that will change OS things.

    It doesn't say exactly what this one fixes, but there's one at

    There's no doubt also a new version (or soon will be) of the excellent
    Tinker Tool.
