Savings eMail's, etc. as pdf's ?

Hello,

If not the best Forum for this, please let me know where to re-Post it ?

Use "Mail" for my eMails, and have created a number of of Folders for
the eMails I have received.

Very concerned about losing these Folders with important eMails I have put into them.

Is it possible to now Save these Folders as a pdf ?

Or, individual eMails as pdf's possibly ?

A Better approach ?

Thoughts on would be most appreciated.

When you say folders, do you mean Mailboxes? Some time ago I created a Mailbox to store important emails and dragged and dropped them in there from the Inbox. Periodically I export the Mailbox (which defaults to mbox format), compress it and move to iCloud or external disk storage for safe keeping. If you want to store the emails as PDFs, create a new macOS folder (i.e. via the Finder), select all the emails you want converting to PDFs in Apple Mail and then use the Apple Mail -> File -> Export as PDF option to place them all in this destination folder where each email will be stored as a separate PDF.
