Powerbook G4 Apple Hardware Test CD error codes

Does anyone know where I can find a list of hardware error codes for the Apple Test CD. I am getting kernel panics on restarting without any peripheral attached. I've been getting the following error codes:
mem_/2/4 and mem_/4/7

Sounds like bad Ram ... what OS and have you added any hardware or updated the OS recently?

Have you tried removing one of the Ram modules .....

thanks for you quick reply. I am running the most current version 10.4.10 and I did update the OS recently. I also did not remove any of the RAM modules. I running the max at 1Gig.

How should I check the RAM - remove 1 module at a time to see if the problem goes away?
