I am considering purchasing a good/great TV tuner for the Mac, so I can
watch cable TV on the computer. Can someone please recommend a TV tuner
that works well with snow leopard 10.6.4? Others on the Internet
complained that some TV turners often crash on the Mac, while others
have trouble receiving cable channels via co-axial (not over the air).

I can use either a PCI or USB slot for the TV turner, so please
recommend a company and particular model.

    Thanks
    Tony

  2. The Elgato EyeTV Hybrid works well for me on Mac OX X 10.6.6. It's a
USB stick connected to my cable service via coax.

  4. I have older eye tv software that came with a plextor Convertx.
However, it doesn't seem to work with Dish network. Have any of you
found a solution that works with satellite tv?
