please help!!! garage band keeps opening up metal amp room

can anyone please help me figure out why, when i open up garage band it first tries to open a guitar program called metal amp room by softube. I remember trying to download a demo version of this but it didnt work properly, i deleted all files and there is nothing left of it except this annoying authorization requirement for this program i dont want it wont let me authorize it even if i wanted to, i dont know how to make it go away it also tells me that no ilok can be found when i press the authorize button...
