Hi all-I'm new to the forum and I am having a few issues with Photoshop CS4. I was running on OS X 10.5 when I upgraded to the CS4 suite. I had some issues at that time but resolved them. Then I upgraded to Snow Leopard and Photoshop is acting very strange. I decided to reinstall Photoshop...and after three days and many phone calls to Adobe, I got the software reinstalled. No fix.
The issues: Photoshop crashes when hitting command+c to copy (occasionally, not all the time). Photoshop hotkeys don't work (for example, hitting b for the brush, z for zoom etc.) Restarting Photoshop does the trick, but only for a few minutes of working. Since I already did a reinstall and software update, I am wondering what the next steps would be?
Any ideas?
I am running 10.6.2 on a MacBook Pro 17" (2.33 Ghz Intel Core 2 Duo with 2 GB 667 MHz DDR2 SDRAM).
Thanks!
