Not receiving all emails in Yahoo (UK)

I have a 1ghz emac 640mb osx 10.4.11 Safari Version 3.1 (4525.13, BT braodband and use Yahoo email. Since the last few weeks I have stopped getting any ebay emails and some others, including an agency job interview email today. Other emails are OK. Ebay say it is a cookie & spam filter problem but I have deleted all cookies, and accept them, spam filtering is off, firewall is off. I have contacted yahoo but have no reply. Can you help please!
