'No Camera Connected'

PLEASE HELP! I downloaded Skype on my MacBook Pro about 2 weeks ago and it says 'No Camera Connected' even when I open Photobooth! S.O.S!!!

Skype, is probably still running in the background, it does a horrible load at login thing, and takes over.

Check System Preferences > Users and Groups > Login Items
