Mp3 splitter

Hello all,

Well back in my PC days i had several different programs that would allow me to cut a song (mp3 format) into sections so that I could use them as ringtones on my phone. Mp3 Splitter, mp3 converter, just to name a few. But I can't find anything out there for mac and was wondering if there is anything that anyone here knows of that I can use. Any help would be great.
