missing icons on dock missing

everything is still installed... programs like microsoft word and firefox are still installed...

all my files are also not missing but...


everything on my dock is missing...

only the programs that came with my macbook are on my dock... the rest of my icons are gone..

i bought my macbook in august if that helps?

please help thanx

You just need to go into your home folder, then programs, then drag and drop the programs you want on the dock.

It sounds like a reset has happened somewhere, have you tried to change the name of the home folder at all?
