Mac Mini won't boot up

Hello,

I have a Intel Mac Mini and won't boot.

Since it is an Intel one, there is no PMU, but I did follow the instructions to reset the SMC

No go!

Any ideas on how to diagnosis it further? I am thinking it either the power brick or the logic board.

hey sorry i didn't understand the title, wont Boot up as in 'turn on'? or boot up as in it will turn on but wont go further than the chime?

best thing to do if it does at least turn on is Grab a firewire cable, turn it on and hold down 'T'
this will make it a removable drive, and back your shizz up! may it be windows or mac just incase the dreaded comes, and you have to reformat

It "turns on", but doesn't make the chime and absolutely nothing is displayed on the monitor. Not one flicker or anything...
