Try a PRAM reset. Mine worked after that. When booting: Command+Option+P+R all at once. After a couple of seconds you should hear the "sosumi" again. Try doing it several times in a row if it don't work the first time.

Hi,
Thanks quadra800,
Really appreciated your reply. I tried dozen of times, but it seems not working.
But there are 'sosumi' sound repeating. Could it be a hard drive ??
Thanks .

Hi there,

try and restart into Single User Mode...

Restart holding the command + s key

Don't let go of them till you see a load of text...

If you get to the prompt let us know and we'll tell you what to do from there.

Hi Guys,
Thanks quadra800 and Ric,
Really appreciated for your assistants,
Ric, do you meant I have to copy all the text that appeared on the screen ?
If it is important then I'll copy all of them.
Thanks again.

Hi there,

When you see the prompt...

type

Code:
/sbin/fsck -fy

then return.

Then wait while it does its stuff, it may take it a while, it will be finished when the cursor comes back, then type:

Code:
Reboot

then return

Give that a go and let us know how you get on.
