Keychain Access will not 'pop up'

Sorry for the horrible title.

The problem that I am having is that I have lots of passwords in the Keychain Access and when I go to a website that I need to sign into, Keychain Access no longer will 'pop up' and ask to finish my entry.

All passwords and logins are still available to see in Keychain but I have to manually open Keychain, scroll down, then open the login and enter manually on the site.

Has the settings in Safari > Preferences > AutoFill > User names and passwords changed?

They had changed...thanks, that did fix it.
