Hello, I need some help with my powerbook g4.

I recently tried to install PocketMac-Phone edition on to my powerbook, and everythign looked like it went ok, however when I reboot It won't let me even boot into the OS. Is there anyway you can help me? I've tried some things but it won't let me. The error message that I get is a Kernel Panic: Unable to find driver for this platform: powermac 3.4.

Any ideas? any help you can give me. If you can email me back that would be wonderful. Or if you know of anyone that can help me with this problem.

Is the only way to get back is to reinstall the OS? or can i fix it?

Thanks.

Hi there Josh and welcome !

From memory when I installed PocketMac I had the same problem !

I ended up wiping the drive and reinstalling everything !

I couldn't get it to work with any stability - trying to Sync with my HP IPAQ.

I ended up asking for a refund...still waiting for a reply.

regards

Ric
