According to THIS ARTICLE the bluetooth is an additional extra.
So, it would probably depend on whether the person who owns it has put Bluetooth in themselves. You could always buy a Bluetooth USB dongle though to add Bluetooth to it cheaply. THIS ONE for example is compatible with Mac OSX and costs around £15.

Hi there Lou and welcome !
My wife has an iBook G4 and the same dongle that Kyomii mentions above...
Works well, and very easy to use. It allows her to get piccies from her camera phone and print via bluetooth to a PictureMate printer !
She just plugs it in when needed !
