I Love My Little MacBook!

It's not a Pro, but it sure is neat! It's a Mac OS X Version 10.4.7 with 1.83 GHz Intel Core Duo.

It boots up in 12 seconds and websites/pages appear instantly. With a tap on the dashboard I can find out what time it is in Munich, the tide levels at the shore of Juan de Fuca Strait, exactly how many litres are in a gallon, and just about anything else I could possibly want. I can also visit with my friend in Austin using our isight cameras. And I'm still learning about it!

p.s. It can also pick up our wireless connection from anywhere in the house and yard. Something my husband's slightly older, fancy-pants, scientific, expensive Mac can't do!

I bet your hubbies, fancy pants Mac is made of metal, radio waves won't penetrate it very well !

My Wifes old iBook gets a better range than my PowerBook, plastic vs Aluminium !
