How to Restore Icon to Dock?

Somehow, (or maybe someONE) the Safari icon does not show in my dock. I know it is not removed from the system. So how do I find and recover that icon to my dock?

Hello, go to your Application's folder and drag the Safari icon to the dock with your mouse.
