how to get help file back/installed on Powerbook G4

Long time PC user (sorry... :) - they make me use 'em at work! ) now trying to help my wife with the mac I bought her last year. Its a powerbook G4, running OS 10.3.9. Somehow (possibly from software that deletes cached content?) the on-computer online help file got deleted. Now, when running finder, and choose help - nothing is displayed. nada. Nothing.

is there any way to get this help file reinstalled?
