Help with changing the name of my home folder

How do i change the name of the blue highlighted item with the little house symbol? Please help i bought the computer off of craigslist but did not want to do a full reboot. Thank you so much.

Don't even try, it's the user account short name and links way down into the Unix underbelly, get that wrong and you can kill the whole account!

You can alway make a new user account with the name you want.
System Preferences > Accounts > Click the ( + ) button.
