HELP my ipod mini froze and cant psuh any buttons

i was listening to music so i started to play a game then i went to MUSIC QUIZ and my headset pops out and the thing is frozen on that music quiz screen. am going to let the battery die but that will take half a day cuz i just rechared it.
PLEASE ANY FASTER WAYS TO FIX THIS
