I have tried to install windows 7 on my vista partition, ran out of space and didn't work. Hooked up an additional hard drive and it doesn't want to save to that. I do not have the windows 7 disks, only the installer on a file which is now on the hard drive. I recently restored my mac and vista partitions back into a whole, deleting the vista system in attempt to try and start up the windows 7 installer... didn't work. I have access to a windows laptop with vista on it to view and move files around for the hard drive since mac os cant view them.
